Offered pick up and delivery service at no extra fee. Had the knives ready about an hour after pick up was able to take care of all the chips and warping on one knife and the second knife at home we were unable to get it sharp ever but it's crazy good now we're so happy and satisfied with the services and we will definitely be using again
